Ingredients
- 3 cups watermelon, diced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3 tbsp fresh mint
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 lemon, juice
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss together the watermelon, blueberries, and mint. Stir in the honey, and lemon juice.
Serve immediately topped with the feta cheese or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
