Very Berry Granola

Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free)
- ¾ cup smooth natural peanut butter, at room temperature
- ¾ cup almonds
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup mixed dried berries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, syrup, and almonds and stir well until everything is thoroughly mixed.
- Pour the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until it is golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes. Stir in the berries. Allow the granola to cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or in the freezer for six months
