Ingredients
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free)
- 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ⅛ tsp ground cloves
- ⅛ tsp ground cardamom
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together and store it in an airtight container. Allow the oatmeal to sit in the refrigerator overnight before enjoying topped with the vanilla yogurt.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
