Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 English cucumber, seeded and grated
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- ½ lemon, zest and juice
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Peel, seed and grate the cucumber. Using a kitchen towel, squeeze out the excess water. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
