Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1 avocado
- ½ lemon, juice
- 6 slices deli turkey breast
- 2 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh chives
Instructions
- Toast the bread.
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with the lemon juice. Spread the mashed avocado over the toast. Top each slice with the turkey, goat cheese, and chives.
- Serve immediately.
