- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp Honey (optional)
- ½ kiwi, peeled and diced
- ¼ mango, pitted and diced
- ¼ cup pineapple
- 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- Mix all of the ingredients together and store it in an airtight container. Allow the oatmeal to sit in the refrigerator overnight before enjoying.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
