Tangled Sesame Salad

Ingredients
Sesame Ginger Dressing
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 lime, juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
Salad
- 2 English cucumbers, julienned
- 2 carrots, peeled and julienned
- 1 mango, peeled and julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients. In a large bowl, toss together the cucumber, carrot, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with the sesame seeds and green onion.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
