Sriracha Lime Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dry the chickpeas thoroughly using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel. Transfer the chickpeas to a large bowl and toss them with the olive oil, sriracha, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Transfer the chickpeas to a baking sheet and bake until they begin to crisp, about 15 minutes. Toss them and continue to bake until they are completely crisp, another 15 to 20 minutes.
- Allow them to cool before serving or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
