Spicy Greek Feta Dip

Ingredients
- 8 oz feta cheese
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup roasted red peppers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
- Serve the dip immediately with fresh vegtables and pita or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
