- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 2 cups green leaf lettuce
- ½ 15-oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup corn kernels, cooked
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup guacamole
- ½ lime, cut into wedges for serving
- In a small bowl, combine the chicken with the barbecue sauce. Arrange the chicken on top of a serving bowl filled with the lettuce. Arrange the remaining ingredients on top of the lettuce.
- Serve immediately.
