Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp fresh chives
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and sour cream until smooth. In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until the scrambled eggs have set, between 2 and 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and chives.
- Serve immediately.
