Smoky Spiced Almonds

Ingredients
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Arrange the almonds on a baking sheet and toast them for 7 to 10 minutes. Check them frequently to ensure they don't burn.
- Once the almonds are golden, remove them from the oven and toss them in the olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Allow the almonds to cool before serving or store them in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
