Sesame Ginger Noodles

Ingredients
- 12 oz rice noodles
- 3 tbsp tamari
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 lime, juice
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup red cabbage
- 2 carrots, peeled and shredded
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package directions. Drain in a colander and set them aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, tamari, lime juice, agave, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Set it aside.
- In a large bowl, toss together the noodles, chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, and dressing.
- Serve immediately topped with the cilantro and sesame seeds or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
