Roasted Red Pepper Dressing

Ingredients
- ½ cup roasted red peppers
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend thoroughly until the dressing is smooth. T
- Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
