Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 cup baby potato
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Place the potatoes onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the garlic powder, thyme, salt and pepper. Bake until the potatoes have softened and are golden, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
