Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Transfer them to a large baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are tender and golden.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
