Pineapple Sriracha Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup green onion
- ½ cup crushed pineapple
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set it aside.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients, reserving 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce. Mix thoroughly.
- Using hands or a cookie scoop, shape the meatballs and place them on a the baking sheet. Bake until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F, about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove the meatballs from the oven and brush them with remaining hoisin sauce while they are still hot.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
