Pineapple Paradise Green Smoothie
This sweet, tangy smoothie gives you a little taste of the tropics without having to leave home. It's fresh, filling, and is a great way to get more greens thanks to some sneaky baby spinach.

- ¼ cup light coconut milk
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup pineapple
- ½ tsp fresh ginger
