Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- ½ white onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt. Stir well.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
