Orange Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 fresh rosemaries
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Stir in the carrots, rosemary, orange zest, and juice. Add the water to the bottom of the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the skillet and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to medium and cook until the carrots are tender, about 7 to 10 minutes. Remove the lid and drizzle the honey over the carrots. Cook, stirring occasionally, for another 2 to 4 minutes, or until remaining liquid has mostly evaporated and the honey has lightly caramelized. If the carrots are still hard and the water has evaporated, add more water as needed.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
