Morning Sunshine Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup pineapple
- ¼ English cucumber, diced
- 1 mango, diced
- 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 2 navel oranges, cut into segments
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 lime, juice
- ¼ cup coconut chips
- 1 tbsp fresh mint
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss together the pineapple, cucumber, mango, kiwis, oranges, honey, and lime juice.
- Serve the salad immediately topped with the coconut chips and mint.
