Mini Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 8 mini bell peppers
- ½ cup goat cheese
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp fresh chives
- 2 tsp ranch seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds.
- In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Stuff each pepper with the goat cheese mixture.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
