Lemon Poppy Seed Energy Bites

- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free)
- ½ cup smooth natural almond butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or the freezer for up to 6 months.
