Ingredients
- 4 ginger teas
 - 1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
 - 1 lemon, zest
 - 8 cups water, boiled
 - ¼ cup honey
 
Instructions
- Steep the teabags, ginger and lemon zest in the hot water for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the teabags, ginger and lemon zest from the water and stir in the honey. Allow the tea to cool before stirring in the lemon slices.
 - Serve immeditely over ice or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
