Korean Beef
This Korean Beef is the perfect balance of savory and sweet with just a touch of spice. The best part? It comes together in just 15 minutes so it's a great weeknight dinner recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 16 oz sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook, stirring until it begins to brown. Add the red pepper and cook until it begins to soften, about 2 minutes. Stir in the chili garlic sauce, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar and green onion. Continue to cook until the beef is cooked to your liking and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve immediately topped with more green onion and sesame seeds or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
