Ingredients
Crostini
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Honey Goat Cheese
- 1 cup goat cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
To Serve
- 4 fig, sliced
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios
- 2 tbsp Honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the baguette slices on the baking sheet and drizzle over the olive oil. Season them with the rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bake until they are golden and crisp, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- While the crostini is baking, with an electric mixer, whip together all of the honey goat cheese ingredients until light and fluffy. Set it aside.
- Once the crostini has cooled enough to handle, spread the goat cheese over the crostini. Top with the sliced figs, pistachios, and honey.
- Serve the crostini immediately or store the honey goat cheese in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
