Homemade Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor, add the basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pulse for 30 seconds. Add the olive oil slowly while the blade is still running until the desired consistency is reached.
- Use immediately or refrigerate for up to a week.
