- ¾ cup goat cheese, at room temperature
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh chives
- 1 tbsp fresh basil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- In a medium bowl, mix goat cheese with plain yogurt, pureed garlic, chives, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Store in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
