Ham, Swiss & Asparagus Baked Eggs

Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- ¼ lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into thirds
- 4 slices deli ham, diced
- ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease two oven-safe dishes.
- Divide the asparagus, ham and Swiss cheese evenly between the two dishes. Add two eggs to each dish. Season with salt and pepper. Bake until the eggs are cooked to your liking, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
