Green Goddess Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 15-oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ lemon, zest and juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients but the olive oil in a food processor and blend until smooth. Slowly add olive oil while blending until the hummus reaches the desired consistency. If the hummus is too think, slowly add ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
