Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- ¼ cup fresh tarragon
- ¼ cup fresh chives
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lemon, juice
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add all of the herbs and the olive oil in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until it begins to become smooth. Add the lemon juice, feta cheese, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
