Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- In a large steamer basket over 1 inch of simmering water, steam the green beans until they turn bright green and become tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the green beans, tomatoes and red onion. Toss with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Finish with the crumbled feta cheese.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
