Greek Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 15-oz can navy beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Greek seasoning
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients but the olive oil in a food processor and blend until smooth. Slowly add the olive oil while blending until the hummus reaches the desired consistency.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
