Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Greek seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, lemon, parsley, Greek seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a zipper bag and add the marinade. Shake until the chicken breasts are evenly coated. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Arrange the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
