Ingredients
- ⅓ cup quick cooking oats (gluten-free)
- 1 tsp ground chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup hot water
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
- 2 tbsp coconut chips
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp apricot
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, coconut sugar, and cinnamon. Mix in the boiling water and allow it to sit until the water has been absorbed, about 3 minutes.
Serve the oatmeal immediately topped with the almonds, coconut chips, cranberries, apricots, and pumpkin seeds.
