Ingredients
- 2 endives, larger leaves removed and reserved
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ½ cup red grapes
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- To assemble the boats, fill the endive leaves with the blue cheese, grapes, and walnuts. Drizzle with the honey.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
