Crunchy Protein Power Wrap

- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- ½ 5-oz can water, drained and flaked
- 1 large egg, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1 carrot, peeled and shredded
- ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ¼ English cucumber, sliced
- In a medium bowl, mix the tuna, boiled egg, and hummus until well combined. Spread the mixture on a large tortilla. Top with the carrot, bell pepper, and cucumber. Roll it up.
- Serve immediately.
