Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Dry the chickpeas thoroughly with a towel. Transfer the chickpeas onto a baking sheet. Toss them with the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, basil, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake the chickpeas until they are crisp, about 30 to 35 minutes, tossing once halfway through.
- Keep a close eye on them towards the end of the cooking process to prevent them from burning.
- Serve once cooled or store them in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
