Corn & Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels, cooked
- 2 avocados, diced
- ½ red onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 lime, juice
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Toss gently.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
