Classic Beef Burger

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef chuck
- 1 yellow onion, grated
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- ½ cup romaine lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ¼ red onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until they are well combine. Form six equal patties. Make an indent in the top of each patty to help them cook evenly. Grill burgers until they have reached your desired doneness.
- Serve immediately on a bun topped with lettuce, tomato, and red onion or store the patty in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
