Chocolate Raspberry Chia Pudding

- ½ cup raspberries
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- In a medium bowl, use a fork to mash the raspberries. Mix in the chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup and almond milk. Cover and refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours before enjoying.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
