Chocolate Peanut Energy Bites

Ingredients
- ¾ cup dates, pitted
- ½ cup roasted peanuts
- ¼ cup smooth natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Add the dates to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse for 15 to 20 seconds, until the dates begin to break down. Add the peanuts, peanut butter, and cocoa powder. Blend until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Remove the blade. Roll the mixture into one inch balls.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
