Chili Garlic Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp 2% milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp chili garlic sauce
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Set it aside.
- In a large nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the green onion and cook, stirring, until it becomes fragrant, about 30 seconds. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until the eggs begin to set, about 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the chili garlic sauce and soy sauce. Continue to cook, stirring, until the eggs have completely set, about 1 minute.
- Serve immediately topped with the sesame seeds.
