- In a medium saucepan, combine the oats, tea, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom. Stir and bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately topped with the yogurt and pistachios.
