Ingredients
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp poppy seeds
- 5 cups mixed greens
- ½ English cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries
- ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, and poppy seeds.
- In a large bowl, arrange the mixed greens. Top them with the cucumber, strawberries, goat cheese, avocado, and slivered almonds.
- Serve immediately with the dressing.
