This delicious Black Forest Breakfast Parfait tastes like an indulgent dessert but is full of good-for-you ingredients. It uses a combination of vanilla yogurt and chocolate granola, and then is topped with a yummy but incredibly simple natural cherry topping.

Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen cherries
- ½ lemon, juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- ⅔ cup vanilla yogurt
- ¼ cup chocolate granola
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the cherries, lemon juice, and sugar. Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until it begins to thicken, about 8 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool for 10 minutes. The mixture will thicken as it cools.
- In a bowl or parfait glass, layer the vanilla yogurt and chocolate granola and repeat. Top it the cherry sauce and some slivered almonds.
- Enjoy immediately.
