Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 15-oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels, cooked
- 1 tomato, finely diced
- ½ white onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, deseeded and minced
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
