Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine the chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, and rosemary. Set it aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Place the chicken topside down in skillet and cook until it is golden, about 4 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional minute. Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken, reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF, for approximately 10 minutes. For best results, flip the chicken a few times throughout the cooking process.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
