This simple Lemon Garlic Salmon is infused with delicious flavors and is a must for weeknight dinners! Serve it up on its own or flaked in a salad!
- 1 lb fresh salmon
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with a generous overhang of aluminum foil.
- Arrange the lemon slices on the baking sheet and place the salmon on top. Drizzle the melted butter over the salmon and sprinkle with the garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold the aluminum foil over the salmon to create an an airtight pouch. Bake the salmon until it is cooked through, about 10 to 15 minutes.
