Avocado Toast with Eggs

Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 avocado, pitted and diced
- ½ lemon, juice
- 2 large eggs
- ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Toast the sourdough bread slices.
- While the bread is toasting, in a small bowl, mash the avocado. Stir in the lemon juice and season it with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the avocado mixture over the toast. Fry the eggs until they are cooked to your liking.
- Serve the toast immediately topped with fried eggs and red pepper flakes.
